A World-Class Education for Confident, Independent Learners
At Providere Academy, we follow the Cambridge Primary Curriculum (Stages 1–6), an internationally recognised programme developed by Cambridge International Education for children aged 5–11 years. The curriculum provides a broad, balanced and progressive education that develops academic excellence alongside the skills children need for lifelong learning and global citizenship.
Cambridge Primary encourages children to become active participants in their learning. Lessons are designed to build understanding through enquiry, discussion, investigation and problem-solving rather than memorisation alone. Every stage prepares learners for the next phase of their education with increasing confidence and independence.
At Providere Academy, we nurture children to become:
In working with information and expressing their ideas.
For themselves, others and the environment.
Learners who evaluate their progress and strive to improve.
Thinkers who solve problems creatively and embrace new ideas.
Learners who are curious, collaborative and ready to make a positive difference in their community and the wider world.
Our curriculum includes:
Together, these subjects develop literacy, numeracy, scientific enquiry, creativity, digital skills, communication and personal wellbeing.
Assessment is an important part of the Cambridge learning journey. At Providere Academy, teachers use continuous classroom assessment to monitor progress, provide support where needed and challenge every learner to achieve their best.
From Stage 3 to Stage 6, learners complete Cambridge Progression Tests in:
These assessments measure learners' understanding of the Cambridge curriculum objectives and help teachers track academic progress from year to year. The results guide teaching and identify areas where learners need additional support or extension.
At the end of Stage 6, learners sit the Cambridge Primary Checkpoint in English, Mathematics and Science. This externally marked assessment provides an international benchmark of each learner's achievement and readiness for secondary education, while giving parents and the school detailed feedback on strengths and areas for development.
At Providere Academy, the Cambridge curriculum is brought to life through engaging, child-centred teaching that encourages children to think critically, communicate confidently, collaborate effectively and develop a lifelong love of learning. We are committed to preparing every learner not only for academic success, but for a future of purpose, leadership and global opportunity.

At P.A., we place each child at the heart of the learning experience. We encourage children to learn by exploring, asking questions, trying new things, and taking part in practical activities. Our approach recognises that children learn in different ways and at different stages of development. Through play, discovery, hands-on experiences and guided activities, learners are encouraged to develop their curiosity, confidence, creativity, problem-solving skills and independence while enjoying the learning process.
Our application portal walks you through everything step by step — student details, parent/guardian information, medical and academic history, and the documents you'll need. It takes about 10 minutes.
